Job Description

1. Provide administrative support to daily operations work
2. Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
3. Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
4. Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers
5. Assist in Vehicle Scheduling
6. Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software
7. Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
8. Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing
9. Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
10. Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a Nitec in Business administration or equivalent
2. At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination
3. Able to work independently under minimum supervision
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
6. Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings 7. Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage
