Job Description

The position holder is responsible for the maintenance of partial accounts payable and general ledger, assisting in receivables, and covering duties when necessary.

Key Tasks:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts department.
  • Assist in quarterly GST returns.
  • Process invoices for payment and staff claims.
  • Prepare monthly audit schedule
  • Perform monthly vendors’ statement reconciliation.
  • Update retention payable schedule for subcontractors.
  • Perform monthly account payable closing.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Possess initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
