• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and other new platforms)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook or Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
• Compose online copywriting, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
• Design of online marketing collaterals such as graphic illustrations, photo and video production via Adobe Design Software or Canva.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Conduct market surveys, research trade information, and analyse competitor’s online strategies.
• Deliver monthly proposals, reports, presentations and share insights to develop optimization plans and provide action plans
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Creative thinker & self-starter
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and SEO
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
