Accounts Services Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Services Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing pre-sales and marketing support, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will actively generate new accounts, maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas clients, and collaborate with various departments to ensure project deliverables are met. Additionally, you will manage event-related documentation and administration, including quotations, invoicing, and payments, while conducting market research to identify customer needs and potential opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in the sales or events industry, a diploma or equivalent qualification, and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual capabilities in English and Mandarin are essential, while knowledge of IT or AV equipment is an advantage. 1. Minimum 1 year of Experience in Sales/ Event Industry
2. Diploma equivalent cert. & above
