Projects Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Projects Executive to join our team. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting sales efforts and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to meet client needs, promoting the company’s products and services through diverse channels, and managing sales inquiries by preparing quotations and providing top-notch customer service. The role also involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and responding to inquiries with detailed information. Additionally, the position requires nurturing strong relationships with existing and local clients, assisting with tender document submissions, and supporting ad hoc projects as assigned. 1. Candidates with knowledge of Digital Media or Interaction Design will have an added advantage.
2. A highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, even under challenging conditions and resources.
3. A good communicator with strong analytical skills, constantly probing and uncovering new business opportunities.
4. A good team player that is able to communicate frequently with clients and partners throughout the project process.
