Project Code Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and closure of project codes, ensuring proper staff assignments.
Staff Scheduling: Manage staff allocations based on booking requests from managers.
Resource Coordination: Identify and resolve booking conflicts and assign available staff to engagements as needed.
Client Due Diligence: Conduct QC searches for new client engagements to ensure compliance.
Document Preparation: Draft and manage various audit-related letters, including:
• Appointment letters
• Professional clearance letters
• Consent to act letters
• Letters of engagement
Timesheet & Portfolio Tracking: Monitor staff timesheets and maintain portfolio updates to track engagement progress.
Operational Support: Perform ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and/or management.
Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in audit operations, scheduling, or project coordination.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Proficiency in data analytics is an advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
