Job Description

•Act as a trusted advisor to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare agencies on SAP Healthcare solutions.
•Provide end-to-end solution consulting, including SAP IS-H (Industry Solution Healthcare), SAP i.s.h.med, S/4HANA for Healthcare, and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, IHE).
•Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution workshops to showcase the value of SAP Healthcare solutions.
•Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and propose tailored SAP-based healthcare solutions.
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for SAP Healthcare offerings.
•Engage with key stakeholders (CIOs, CMOs, IT Directors, Hospital Administrators) to understand pain points and recommend solutions.
•Lead technical discussions and presentations for SAP Healthcare products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
•Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, preparing technical proposals and solution architectures.
•Stay updated on Singapore’s healthcare regulations, hospital IT systems, and SAP innovations.
•Monitor competitor offerings and emerging healthcare technology trends.
•Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance SAP Healthcare solutions.

Job Requirements

•Certificate in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•SAP certifications in Healthcare or ERP modules are a plus.
•5+ years in healthcare presales, solution consulting, or technical sales within SAP Healthcare, hospital IT, or digital health solutions.
•Strong background in SAP IS-H, i.s.h.med, S/4HANA for Healthcare, or related SAP modules.
•In-depth understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape, hospital IT systems, regulatory frameworks, and clinical workflows.
•Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, IHE).
•Expertise in SAP Healthcare solutions, cloud computing, EMR/EHR systems, and healthcare data security.
•Understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and integration with third-party systems.
•Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain complex SAP Healthcare solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Strong storytelling skills to articulate business value and ROI to customers.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
•Consultative approach to problem-solving and crafting customer-specific SAP Healthcare solutions.
