Strategic Leadership & Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:
•Develop and drive the regional digital solutions strategy, with a primary focus on SAP-based offerings.
•Lead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
•Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and business models to drive digital transformation growth.
•Position T-Systems as a thought leader in SAP and digital transformation solutions within the Asia region.
P&L and Business Management:
•Own and manage the P&L for the digital solutions business, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
•Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization goals.
•Develop business plans, forecasts, and pricing models to ensure commercial success.
•Collaborate with internal finance teams to track performance metrics and optimize operational efficiencies.
Technical & Solution Delivery Leadership:
•Provide technical oversight and thought leadership on SAP solutions, cloud, AI, and emerging technologies.
•Ensure the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
•Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to develop innovative digital offerings.
•Oversee digital solution architecture and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
•Engage with C-suite and senior executives from client organizations to drive digital transformation discussions.
•Lead consultative sales efforts, working with sales teams to identify and close deals.
•Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
People & Team Leadership:
•Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital solution consultants and SAP experts.
•Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
•10+ years of experience in SAP solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise IT solutions.
•Strong experience in P&L management, go-to-market strategy, and business leadership.
•Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Solutions).
•Proven track record of scaling digital solution offerings and driving revenue growth.
•Experience working with enterprise clients across industries in Asia.
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and C-suite engagement skills.
•Ability to lead technical teams and drive solution innovation.
