Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with employees to ensure high levels of engagement and morale.
- Support in creating and disseminating internal communication materials, such as newsletters and announcements.
HR Documentation & Administration
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and other documentation with high accuracy.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and analysis related to HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Learning & Development Support
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development sessions for employees.
- Assist in tracking learning progress and gathering feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
HR Projects
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Conduct research on best practices and support implementation.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
- Enthusiastic learner with a passion for employee engagement and development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
