Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance across the sales department, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing project tasks.
  • Assisting in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, refining sales pitches and filing matters.
  • Support the sales team in collating the operational reports and insights.
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support the firm's evolving requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Business Management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Enthusiastic learner with a passion for employee engagement and development.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
