Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance across the sales department, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing project tasks.

Assisting in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, refining sales pitches and filing matters.

Support the sales team in collating the operational reports and insights.

Take on additional duties as needed to support the firm's evolving requirements.
Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Business Management, or related fields.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

Enthusiastic learner with a passion for employee engagement and development.

Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
