We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, networking, and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. Candidates with experience in the Ship Chandling industry will be highly preferred. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify and engage potential clients, conduct software demonstrations, prepare proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Your areas of responsibility shall include:
'- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Promote products and services, represent the company at networking events and conferences, travel to events and meetings with key clients, conduct online research via social media platforms to discover leads and new target markets, and help plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
- Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
- Providing effective product demonstration to customer
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
- Experience in the Ship Chandling industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an easy-to understand manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
