Job Description

24x7 monitoring Dashboard & Alerts/Incident escalation.
IT Service Management incident tickets handling.
Perform various types of level 1 basic & routine task like deploying the running of batch scripts & etc.
Perform generation of various reports types.
Generation of service / incident requests tickets.
Follow documented procedures for incident management, which include identifying and determining the root cause and resolving the incident or escalating to level 2 support for resolution when necessary.
Fulfilment/processing of simple service request by following instructions as detailed inside the request.
Perform basic system and network administration tasks including troubleshooting, patching and monitoring of alerts.
Work with the internal technical team to document and co-develop the operations manual for internal reference.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems.
Minimum of 1 year working experience within NOC(Network Operations Center) environment is preferred.
Possess basic working knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and/or equivalent in other platforms.
Ability to perform shift work covering 24 x 7 support operations.
Training will be provided to the candidate without relevant experience but displays aptitude to learn.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Flexible and able to handle work pressure.
Able to carry out multiple tasks.
Takes own initiative to learn and pick up new learning fast
