Determine project scope based on requirements, defining the scope of work and advising senior system engineers on resource calculations for service delivery.
Install and configure services according to approved implementation plans.
Perform technology, professional, and maintenance support services within specified timelines and scope.
Provide level 1 support for hardware break-fix and troubleshoot hardware/software issues in installed services.
Deliver technical documents such as high-level design documents, user acceptance test (UAT) docs, and as-built documentation.
Ensure exceptional quality of service, meeting predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Participate in technical trainings and obtain necessary certifications to meet suppliers’ mandatory technical requirements.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Certification in at least one technology domain (Infrastructure hardware/software, hyperconvergence, network, security, cloud, and/or end-user computing).
Strong technical knowledge in the assigned solution domain/product.
Desirable knowledge of product portfolios in other technology domains.
Expertise in enterprise product implementation, migration, and support.
