Maintain and support new and existing IT systems.
Ensure smooth operation of applications and resolve issues promptly.
Manage the change control process for IT systems to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
Gather and analyze user requirements and propose relevant solutions.
Maintain and update various documentation (e.g., requirements specifications, user guides) for IT systems.
Participate in all aspects of project implementation from initiation to roll-out (design, build, testing, end-user training, go-live support, documentation).
Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO modules with strong functional knowledge in AR, AP, GL, Bank Accounting, FA, and Project Accounting.
Technical knowledge required in SAP-ABAP programming, smart forms, BAPI, BDC, and user exits.
Able to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities for user sign-offs.
Preferably a minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation experience of SAP as an Analyst/Consultant.
