Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the B2B team, including order processing, billing, and customer service.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders, from receipt to fulfillment, to meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve order execution, billing accuracy, and the overall customer purchasing journey.
- Implement process enhancements and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.

Credit Account Management:
- Ensure all B2B credit accounts are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with contractual terms and agreements.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Administrative Support and Sales Coordination:
- Provide administrative support and sales coordination to ensure smooth operations of order fulfillment and customer service.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, order changes, and returns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate communication and coordination between sales activities and order fulfillment processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in operations support, order management, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet, and Google Calendar
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work output.
