Job Summary:
Info-Tech Systems Integrators is seeking a proactive and cheerful Admin Executive to manage and negotiate subscription renewals with our valued customers. In this role, you will engage with clients across diverse industries to ensure seamless transitions to new subscription terms. Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers whose subscription leases are nearing expiration to discuss renewal terms
• Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to review current subscription terms and negotiate renewal agreements, including updated fees or plans.
• Renewal Process Management: Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and processing of subscription renewals within agreed timelines.
• Customer Relationships: Foster positive relationships with clients by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour during interactions.
• Coordination with Teams: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance) to resolve queries and ensure a smooth renewal process.
• Database Management: Update and maintain customer records accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
• Feedback Gathering: Collect and share customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving subscription offerings or services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ITE Higher or NiTec certification in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with subscription-based services or leasing agreements is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients from various industries.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for handling multiple renewals simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Cheerful and positive disposition, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
• Comfortable handling negotiations with professionalism and tact.
