Process customer sales orders and ensure service is delivered promptly. Answer to customer inquiries and follow up with timely resolution. Responsible for the outlet’s daily reports. Responsible for the outlet’s daily operations & collections. Be the ambassador for SIMBA's products & services. Able to work independently at the retail outlet
