Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our sales and marketing efforts across various regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth for i.Safe, a cutting-edge workplace safety and risk management solution that helps construction firms comply with Singapore's regulatory requirements, including the mandatory implementation of e-Permit to Work (e-PTW) systems for projects valued at over SGD 3 million.It offers attractive and competitive commission structure to reward high performance and success in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.

Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations at client project sites, focusing on compliance with e-PTW regulations.

Sales Process: Proactively close deals and drive business expansion.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Workplace Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace safety regulations, particularly bizSAFE Level 1 & 2 certification.

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Facilities Management, Mass Communications, or Building/Construction.

Sales & Marketing Experience: Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred.

BizSAFE Certification: Must have or be willing to obtain bizSAFE Level 1 & 2 certification.

Presentation Skills: Must be presentable, confident, and capable of conducting product demonstrations.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in pairs to maximize results.

Proactive: Must be proactive in closing deals and accelerating business expansion.

Flexibility: 5-day workweek with flexible working hours; target-driven performance.
