Job Summary

As an Account Executive for Singapore & ASEAN in a dynamic SaaS company, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. You will leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to identify client needs, effectively position the value of the product, and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to guarantee customer success. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with industry trends, providing exceptional customer support, and contributing to regional marketing efforts to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunity Identification & Development: Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities within the Singapore & ASEAN region for SaaS solutions. Proactively research and engage with potential clients to generate leads and secure new sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and aligning solutions to drive business growth.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure. Deliver product demonstrations, craft tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure business. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, help them implement our SaaS solution to meet business objectives.
  • Product Expertise & Value Positioning: Provide expert-level knowledge of the SaaS product offerings. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the solution to clients, ensuring clear understanding of its impact on their business.
  • Customer Support & Success: Conduct training and implementation to ensure seamless utilisation of SaaS solutions. Provide exceptional service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive solutions to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. 
  • Market Trends & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and developments. Keep clients informed on new product features, roadmap updates, and best practices to maximize the value they receive from the product.
  • Brand & Market Awareness: Plan and conduct marketing initiatives to enhance the brand presence and awareness of Airsquire in the market, drive lead generation and increase market penetration. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and its SaaS offerings.
Job Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. Sales experience in B2B SaaS solutions is a plus. 
  • Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to successfully close deals and manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear, concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Self-Starter & Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Degree or certification in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or Facility Management is a plus.
