Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale finance sector projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timelines.
- Act as primary liaison with Singapore clients, maintaining transparent communication and trust.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage RAID logs, and handle scope management proactively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive resolutions collaboratively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience with minimum 3 years managing finance or banking projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies; PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus.
- Regional client management experience (Singapore) is highly preferred.
