Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead BA team to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements for banking and financial applications.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solution alignment with requirements.
- Validate solutions against requirements and manage requirement changes effectively.
- Provide domain expertise to guide design decisions and prioritise product features.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance/Banking, or IT.
- 6+ years as BA with minimum 2 years in BA Lead role for finance/banking projects.
- Strong understanding of banking products, core banking, payment systems, or credit systems.
- Proven expertise in requirement elicitation techniques, process modelling, and writing functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or banking domain certificates are a plus.
