Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, cases, and scripts covering functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Execute manual and automated tests ensuring high-quality product releases.
- Report defects clearly and track through resolution with development teams.
- Drive regression testing for each deployment.
- Mentor junior QCs in testing strategies and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
- 4+ years of QA/QC experience with at least 1 year in finance/banking projects.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks (Selenium preferred).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile testing processes.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
