Associate Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors#TMCA

Candidate will learn the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) skill under the guidance of our Global SF Experts.
Once trained, the candidate will be able to provide HR System & HR Process implementation and/or
consulting services to various customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.) Attend structured training of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Cloud Software Implementation conducted
by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
2.) Participate in on-the-job assignment of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation
conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
 Learn to ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-
design and/or organization structure definition.
 Perform SAP SuccessFactors system configuration under the guidance of mentor(s).
 Learn to analyze customer’s requirements and to propose the best possible solution
mapping possible with in the product features.
