Consult and support of all IT related matters
Perform daily helpdesk and maintenance for IT devices
Manage and implementation of projects, timeline and communications
Participate in implementing strategic goals and projects
Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software
Diploma holder in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3 years of IT administration experience
Hands-on knowledge for Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Cisco Routers, Switches, Microsoft suite of softwares.
