• Configure and develop end-to-end workflow processes on workflow platforms such as Netsuite and Cognito Forms
• Be responsible for the quality of deliverables and follow standards / best practices
• Participate in the testing process through code review and functional testing
• Create and manage reports, visualisations, and dashboards on the workflow platform
• Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe application development and logic
• Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements
• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in IT or related fields
• At least 2 years’ working experience in workflow development and UI/ UX design
• Experience with programming languages such as PL/SQL coding, Java scripting & basic java knowledge, DOT net
• Good understanding of software design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience in working with Netsuite and/or Cognito Forms desired
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
• Interest in web & mobile technologies
